Meet Anna
Anna brings more than 30 years of massage experience to Zest Massage.
She originally studied massage at university in China, building a strong foundation in traditional techniques, bodywork and therapeutic care. Since then, she has continued to develop her skills through decades of hands-on experience, helping clients with everything from stress and tired muscles to deeper tension, aches and ongoing discomfort.
Anna has a calm, intuitive approach and understands that no two people need exactly the same treatment. She listens carefully, observes how the body responds and adapts each massage to suit the client. For some people, that may mean a gentle, relaxing treatment. For others, it may involve firmer pressure, targeted work or a more therapeutic approach.
