Meet Anna – Over 30 Years of Massage Experience

Anna brings more than 30 years of massage experience to Zest Massage & Relaxation. She originally studied massage at university in China, developing a strong foundation in traditional massage techniques, therapeutic bodywork and personalised care.

Throughout her career, Anna has helped clients looking for relaxation, relief from muscle tension and targeted treatment for areas of stiffness or discomfort.

Her approach is thoughtful and adaptable. She takes time to understand each client’s needs, preferred pressure and areas of concern before tailoring their massage accordingly.
